Features
• Full cone spray pattern with a round impact area and uniform distribution.
• Unique design to produce fine atomization by liquid impinging inside chamber without a whirler.
• No-whirler design with large free passage diameter minimizes clogging.
• Spraying axis 90ﾟ from the axis of the nozzle inlet.
• High chemical and wear resistant AJP-PPS series is available for spraying hydrochloric acid and other chemicals.
Note:
In extremely high or freezing temperatures, the orifice cap of the press-fit type (AJP size R1/8, R3/8, or R1/2) nozzle may fall off.
For use in such conditions, order the optional material S316 whose orifice cap is screwed in.
Do not use AJP size R1/8 in such environments. Screw-in orifice cap type is not available with the size R1/8.
